This page explains what happens to your data when you visit ivm3d.com or leave your email address here. The short version: we keep your email address so that we can tell you when we launch, and we do nothing else with it.
Who is responsible
IVM is a project in formation and not yet a registered company. Responsible for this site:
Aykhan Hagverdili
Email: hello@ivm3d.com
The launch list
When you enter your email address and press "Notify me", we store:
- your email address,
- the date and time you signed up,
- the country you signed up from, as a two-letter code.
We do not store your IP address with your signup.
Why: to send you one email when our product launches. We do not use the list for anything else, and we do not sell or share it.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Signing up is voluntary, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@ivm3d.com. We then delete your entry.
How long: until the launch announcement has been sent, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. After the announcement we delete the list.
Visiting the site
This site is delivered by Cloudflare. To send you the page and to protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare's servers process technical data that your browser transmits with every request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We set no cookies. We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Who processes the data for us
Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, hosts this site and stores the launch list on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the agreement includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- restrict how we use it,
- hand it to you in a portable format.
You can also object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawing does not affect what was lawful before. To use any of these rights, write to hello@ivm3d.com.
You have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
